Holis˚ ༘ ೀ⋆｡˚ Welcome to my lil artistic oasis. My name is Teresita, a proud daughter of Guatemalan immigrants and South Central native! I have an affinity for everything art-related. Whether it's collages, digital art, dancing, music, painting, photography, videography, you name it! For the longest time I've dreamed of creating a portfolio of sorts to showcase all of my art over the years! Teresitas_zine is a realization of that dream˚ ༘ ೀ⋆｡˚

Art has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember and it all started with my late father. A proud immigrant from Guatemala. Throughout his time in the United States, he carried around a small, but mighty Canon PowerShot A480. It was his way of documenting the memories he'd go on to make. Pictures of my sister and I at Park of the Roses. Him posed up in front of his Toyotita. A mosaic of recuerdos (memories in Spanish) that brought me solace in the wake of his passing. It reminded me that I'd always have memories of him in my heart.
